Recently purchased a product online from Pepperfry's website. But I realized once after the delivery that the product isn't as comfortable as I expected and doesn't fit to my requirements. Now, I am unable to initiate a refund since they take returns only for certain cases and not if the customer dislikes the product or so. Contacted the personnel but failed to receive a proper response.
