This is to inform you that I am facing network problem in Airtel from more than * yr. My complaint is still open from March **** to till date. I have called much time in Airtel service centre but still unable to solve my problem and no one is listening carefully,
Now I have not paid my outstanding from last * months because in my plan daily * GB data is available but I am not able to use this date because of network and I have lost Rs-*****/- business and my data charges. From last ** days, Airtel team calling me badly and no one is talking about the network problem they called me only for the payment and harassing me for payment. Now I need a late fees discount and also need my unused data payment and Rs-*****/ because of network problem back on an immediate basis. From the last * days, my outgoing calls also discontinue and I have faced many problems in my day to day activities.
