I booked ticket from dehradun to delhi with ease my trip app on **/**/**** and also paid Rs ****/- for extra luggage as you show in my ticket. But on **/**/**** when i reached at dehradun airport, My flight was of Air India but Air India authorities tell me that extra baggage didn't show in their computer and they take Rs ****/- for same extra baggage which was i already paid to ease my trip, but ease my trip didn't paid it to Air India. I complain it in ease my trip helpdesk near about *-* times but they give me same answer as- we have fwd your query to our concern authorities and you will get revert shortly. Kindly co-operate with us till that time. Your patience is hihly appreciated.
