Sir I am a farmer my krishi loan bank is union bank of India .I pay every year my loan amount timely. Currently I paid my krishi card amount on date **/**/****.on which bank charged a sum of Rs **** extra .when I complaint to bank manager he told me that it was a mistake of software and he will return it in my account . I gave a written complaint to branch on date **/*/**** .and I also complaint it on consumer helpline my complaint no is ****** but my complaint not resolved .i contactany time to branch but they are not resolved it.please resolve my compalaint to union bank Behat Saharanpur my krishi card account no is *************** .
