i contacted ola cabs exicutive several times and complaint around ** times and everytime they mark it as resolved i took a ride and it was of ** rupees and ** of cancellation charges but when i tried to pay through phonepe through ola app *** rs were deducted from my account and i send every single thing they demanded amd i didn't got my money back . i mailed them my bank statement screenshot of phonepe which included transaction id date and time
