My relative is admitted to Noble hospital Pvt Ltd, Hadapser, Pune since *-* days after she had an accident . After diagnosis the hospital told us that she needed surgery and implant and gave us a package cost of Rs. *,**,***/-. We agreed for it and processed our mediclaim accordingly and the surgery was done. But now the hospital has presented us a bill of Rs. *,**,***/-. When we told them about the package they now say that it was a mistake by the hospital and we have to pay the difference in cash. This is outrageous and they are adamant and not letting us out.we are caught up in the hospital. I have documents suggesting the above facts. Please help
