Respected Sir/Madam,
I, Pradyumna Padhy, resident of Sheragada, P.S. Sheragada, District Ganjam, state that I have been doing business with "Birendra Food and Agency," located at Phiringi Bazar, Cuttack, for more than one and a half years. On December **, ****, the agency supplied food items (Chouban Paas, Hajamela) under Bill No. A******. Upon inspection, it was discovered that the products were invalid/expired. Furthermore, there was a discrepancy between the batch numbers mentioned on the bill and those on the actual products. This has resulted in a financial loss of approximately ₹*,***.
When I brought this matter to the notice of the agency owner/concerned person, they reacted aggressively and used extremely abusive and derogatory language. This conduct has not only caused me mental agony but has also violated my human dignity and tarnished my reputation in society. Therefore, I earnestly request the Commission to conduct a proper investigation into this incident. I seek justice, restoration of my social dignity, and the refund of my financial losses. I shall be forever grateful for your kind intervention.
