I had travelled from Brussels to Mumbai. When I called customer support to know additional luggage charges, I was not told before hand. When I reached airport, they asked me charges of *** Euro (around ***** INR) . My ticket cost was lower than this and one person could have travelled in this amount along with luggauge. This is totally illegal to not tell price upfront and tell it when passenger reaches on airport. This cost is too much and I need refund for this. Invoice attached for reference.
