- Exam revoked without informing ^Closed

Greetings of the day!


I want to say that I gave the aws exam via Pearson Vue and students proctor said that I looked off screen and revoke my exam without any explanation from my side. But truth is I haven't done that

I am requesting you pls see this issue and please provide resolution about this. Because it was unfair to me.

Without any warning or masage, she just revoked my exam. This is not a right thing.

I know the policy of the Pearson vue but without any warning proctor revoked my exam. She did not even tell me that you break the policy. And I did not use any gadget while doing the exam. Due to some misunderstanding she just revoked the exam. I just want that pls refund my money because I am not financially enough strong to book exam again and again.

It's totally unfair with me. I need evidence if she caught me because I know I did not done anything wrong the exam.

I have a charger issue with laptop, so I showed charger on my table. Proctor agreed to keep Charger on my table. if she should have told me remove charger, I could have removed it first.

I feel real bad because I paid my money from all my savings and really struggled to clear this exam from * year.

I Could have Scheduled this in VUE Center but due to Covid situations at my place, I scheduled at home.

I literally had no idea and please help me in this case. From past ** hrs, Iam struggling to contact support teams.
