I have to inform you that I bought a Europe holiday package from easemytrip.com
My package start on **.**.**** from DEL to CDG and return on **.**.**** from ZRH to DEL.
Sir, we have been stopped by Airindia executive at boarding counter IGI airport Delhi and he said that you can not board Paris flight coz your visa issued by Swss Embassy. He took our passpost and after some time when he returned my passpport written on visa that "Visa has been cancelled on behalf of Swiss ALO".
Sir, I can not understand what was our fault? I try to understand them but they said you will receive a letter from Embassy.
We complaint of Airindia on airsewa portal but airline reply that visa cacelled by Embassy and when I contact to Swiss Embassy they said your entry was wrong from India you should go first Switzerland.
Sir, easemytrip.com team give us package and apply for visa from Swiss Emabassy we was following all instruction give by their executive but after that this disrepency happened. Due to this we are very harassed mentally and economically.
I want my all losses back.
