- Etsy account suspended even after making payment on time ^Open

I have made payment of my Etsy payment on **th march, Payment is processed, debited from my credit card but not updated into my account from Etsy, I asked customer support for multiple times that payment is showing processed but still showing due so they said please wait for ** to ** hours and they said don't worry it will be resolved soon, but it is not resolved and now my account is suspended. They don't even escalate the issue on my request until suspension of my etsy account, Even after making the payment on time they suspended the account which affects my store's reputation among my existing and new customers. Customers who already paid for there orders placed during this week are not able to see my store working and doubting that I steal there money which is defamation for me and that's because of Etsy. Also I am not getting new orders due to this.
