Order id *****************. I ordered a perfumes combo. Its sent by delhivery courier. I call them * times but they lastly said we can't deliver in your location at this time. I said that please give me your address so I can take my parcel. After that, I got a parcel from his agent at a local road. When I open it, the box doesn't have my item. That was empty so I call agent he didn't pick up my phone * days. Then I complain Amazon for the help but no help by Amazon yet. I also uploaded product images and id but no resolution. So please solve this. I am trying from many days but no help by Amazon.
