Hi Team,

This is regarding the complaint against the order of iPhone *s which was ordered on **rd December'****. I received an empty box on **th December'****. I have made an video while opening the package. When I complaint the same with the Paytm Mall Customer care on the same instance, they didn't found to be cooperative at all. They just requested a return request rather than registering the complaint. I again tried to call them again on **th December'****. They registered the complaint regarding the same. They mailed me for the required relevant documents. I have sent each and every photos and videos for the same. Each and every document was sent to them on *nd January ****. I took regular follow ups regarding the status but they are not cooperate enough to share the status with me. On *th January ****, they mailed me that they will not able to refund the money to me as according to them courier guy delivered the correct product to me.

Requesting you to look into this matter as soon as possible, they have harassed me like anything regarding my complaint.

I have registered the complaint against them on National Consumer Helpline as well. The complaint number for the same is *******
