I ordered on amazon a renewed realme buds air. I received the box well condition with one side dent. Delivery person said that in transportation this type of dent usual. When i open the box only a single cable found there with another realme box.
Instantly i contact with amazon care they asure me that they will definitely help me by ** September.
I call them ** September they totally denied to process my amount and they did there investigation without including me.
I want my original product or amount.
Otherwise please include also me and delivery person in investigation.
