- Emi paid but not adjusted ^Open

I have been provided dhani one freedom card of limit * lakh. But when i used that card i got to know that this card is not like normal credit card which you have to pay after ** days. When i first used that card i got to know that i cant even use that card more than ***** in one day and in one transaction. This has to be paid in * instalments and first installment need to be paid next day. I used that card * days continuously for ***** each day and total amount was *****. First ***** rs installment that is **** was deducted from my account and second ***** rs instalment that is **** was also deducted from My account but the third ***** instalment of **** was bounced due to insufficient balance in my account but after two days i paid that manually and still i was getting the msgs to pay the due amount. So once that amount was still showing due i didnt paid any instalment frim my account i was not maintaining balance in my account because i took one personal loan from this company before and i forclosed that account and my emi was debited and was never refunded that is the excess emi after the forclosure. Because i think they dont have ;proper working system. I knew that they will again deduct the money from my account which i already paid. So i left those acc as it is and when i got a call from local recovery guy i went to their office and met manager ther and told him that this happened with me he assured me that he will adjust this amt if i forclose all my accounts so on his promise i paid all rest of dues and closed all the account except the **** installment which i paid from my account maunally with delayed payment fees. But this account is not closed yet. The manager whom i met and told all this has left the job and again now new manager has came and again m getting calls from recovery guys and again i met the manager again same thing is going on. My credit score is affected they are trying to hit my account for that money. My recent loan waa also declined from other bank due to this dhani due. I am being harassed by their recovery calls and notice have been issued on my name for the money which i already paid and that has not been adjusted yet. Why should i pay them twice. This compnay is doing this kind of scam with lots of people i have seen that on forums. They are disgusting they dont know how to manage their things. They are spoiling my cibil and when i am in need of loan i am not getting it due to my bad cibil score.
