I'm the consumer of 'Think and Learn pvt Ltd. Choosen a EMI option for the IAS course. It is almost around ** k for the course. I was paid around **k including **k down payment. Due to Corona pandemic I'm unable to utilize this course and management will only respond or give text to pay EMI's rather than students performance with the course. In this pandemic I have lost my source of income. I'm unable to pay my EMI's. I have been calling byju's customer care and as well byju's finance department about my financial problem to cancel my course.but they have told me we can only cancel within ** days. For that reason I asked them to cancel my further EMI's with course because they have given tab and books almost worth below ** k but I have paid almost *****. Due to my financial struggle I've informed a week earlier than my EMI date. But they just want to ignore my calls and what I'm asking them. I need your help to cancel my further EMI's.
