Paid for Placement Services: I enrolled with the respondent institute under the strict written assurance of "Lifetime Placement Support" to secure employment. I paid the full fees, which I managed through a heavy monthly EMI of ₹**,*** despite being unemployed and working under difficult conditions at a power loom.Failure to Provide Interviews: The institute completely failed to fulfill its promise. In nearly one year, they have not arranged a single actual job interview. They only forwarded generic company requirements that never resulted in any hiring process.Intentional Blocking and Fraud: When I requested updates, the institute deliberately blocked my incoming phone calls and completely stopped responding to my emails.Relief Fought: The institute has engaged in unfair trade practices, defrauded me of my money, and left me financially and mentally distressed. I request the authorities to direct the institute to issue a full refund of my fees and pay compensation for harassment.
