My flight for * pax from Pune to Bali and return was booked on easemytrip and due to some issues to raised cancellation request to which I got the confirmation on cancellation.
Even after ** Days of cancellation I hav'nt got my refund back.
Wrote so many emails to easemytrip and they simply say that airline has not refunded the amount. While I spoke to Airline they very well gave me all the information on refund including amount and referecne number processed on next day of cancellation.
Over one email easemytrip responds thatb we have processed the refund but denied by your bank and asked me to check with the bank and very next email again says that Airline has not refunded amount yet.
They are simply avoiding my emails now with no respond.
