I ordered a trimmer of NOVA company from Amazon. It stopped working after second recharge. I returned the trimmer and it was replaced with other. The problem remained same and stopped working after second recharge. This time when I asked for replacement amazon closed the window of return as the purchase was done more than ** days.
Now as per amazon website description the trimmer was under **months warranty. I wrote a letter to the NOVA company for replacement but NOVA replied that the product is duplicate one.
I complained the matter to amazon but it is found that amazon itself is promoting selling of duplicate products through its website.
The manufacturer has copied the LOGO of NOVA also did not gave any address details of the manufacturer on the package.
Also the GST number of the seller / manufacturer does not match with the GST details as per Govt website.
I told everything to the amazon representative but in vein.
Please do the needful for refund of my money with appropriate compensation for harassment of customer also direct amazon not to sell duplicate products through its website as it is punishable and also it is the responsibility of amazon to check for the genuine products.
