My courier has reached the office on **th Oct, from Vizag in * days which is appreciable. But to deliver within the city premises, since **th they are delivering and updating the wrong status online. Till today **st i haven't received my parcel. No proper response from the office. The main goal to write this complaint is, if in case its a emergency package like medicine or any important documents who will take the accountability for late and irresponsible deliveries... Is DTDC is ready to take...
