I kept my belongings in Pune ware house of DRS Agarwal packers and movers monthly rent of **** and requested a delivery in December ****. in the delivery my gas stove (Elica with * burner) was missing and i had a big photo frame of Guru Nanak Devji , the glass was complete shattered to pieced when the delivery was done. the cartons had holes bitten by rats and infested with rat faeces. the delivery guy Bajrang has given a receipt where i mentioned about missing stove and damaged goods and taken a snap shot of the receipt. He said that feedback call will be arranged within * days and their team will be getting back to me on the missing and damaged items. After waiting for more than a week and no response from DRS ,i called the Pune in charge Raghu and Vikram ( mobile no ********** and ********** respectively) , they said that the missing gas they are trying to find and will be delivered in ** days. i have been chasing regularly since then and there has been no update on missing gas stove, they keep on saying that we are still finding the missing stove.
