I had booked a ola cab from pune to mumbai airport for **** hrs with a request for t halts. At around **** the driver called me and said he cannot come and cancelled the trip.
In a jiffy i got a Ola message that i am fined Rs *** for cancelling trip. I had to take a cab from home to pune railway stn and hire a private cab to go to mumbai meeting and to airport. At age of **.* it was a physical mental torture. Subsequently on ** nov at banglore OLA insisted on ola cash of Rs *** before they will book a new trip. I had to hire cans and pay for it. OLA MUST COMPENSATE ME FOR MY LOSS INCONVENIENCE AND TORTURE
