I purchased new innova crysta on april ****.i regularly do my car service at toyota showroom.now on **/*/**** my car is suddenly stop movine and jerking while driving. I go to nearest workshop pf toyota is Nanavati toyota at bhatpore,surat,gujrat. The tell me that my cars dpf is fail and they give me estimate for chang the Dpf system worth rs *,**,***./-. And when i asked the reason for dpf fail they told me nothing. I regularly do my service at toyota showroom and they never tell me anything about this.now my complaint is why should i pay this much money. This is failure of vehicle engine exhaust system and not a general wear or tear. So i want this to cover in warrenty of car.
