I ordered from Dot & Key on March ** and requested a refund on April *. They promised it within * business days, but it’s April ** and I haven’t received it yet. No response to emails or messages, even from the grievance officer. Also, the delivery agents were rude and didn’t even call properly. I’m seeing many people face the same issues. Please help resolve this quickly.
