Hello Team,
With great disappointment I would like to bring to your notice that the ongoing painting services rendered by you is very poor. We have started the work on **th Oct'**, but on the very first day I am dissatisfied with the unskilled laborer's and most unprofessional team. Hence, would like to cancel the service and urge you to refund the advance payment made for Rs.****.
From the customer perspective would expect you to share more clarified & correct information/ quotation.
I would also like to mention about one of your sales team member named" Ashfaq" who shared with me incorrect information about the shade card details and its quotation.
He shared partial information with me which resulted in a lot of confusion and chaos.
Kindly take the necessary action for the same & also tell the process for refund of the advance paid.
