I have bought airtel xtream broadband service.
But due to covid situation I have shifted from bangalore to thrissur(Kerala).
I have been trying to contact airtel customer service for a long time but just can't connect to any executive.
I have even raised service requests from airtel thanks app.
But they have closed it without contacting. Really bad customer service.
I have already paid almost *k for the plan which is going waste now
