- Display issue for Brand new laptop used hardly for 3 months Closed

There is White Spot on Display" with my HP Pavilion Laptop **-dv****TU which i hardly used for * months. When I contacted customer support they simply denied covering this under warranty. There is no physical damage at all to the screen. Even after inspecting the laptop they couldn't find any external damage. They are asking me to avail paid service to replace the display.
