I have purchased I phone XR on December **th ****. While using I found that display of the phone is yellow and causing heaviness & irritation in my eyes after the use of even ** minutes.
I went to reseller who directed me to support center here in Pimpri Pune. I created a Apple issue case and submitted the handset to them. The display of the phone got changed as per the letter from repairs center in Bangalore. However it was still having the yellow display and causing irritation to my eyes.
So I went back to support center again and submitted the handset where I got the handset replaced. They have given the yellow display handset again.
I am finding ha rd to get my issue resolved and had to spend so much time in going back and forth spending lots of time on call to support center however still not getting issue resolved.
Can you please consider my issue and help me.
