I am writing to address a concerning issue

I ordered a laptop table with the expectation that it would match the product displayed on your website, complete with adjustable legs, as indicated by customer feedback. However, the product I received is vastly different – a basic table with fixed legs, and one leg is damaged.

To illustrate the stark difference,

Furthermore, I discovered that the laptop table I paid is Rs.*** and the product which I received is available in the offline market for only Rs.***.
