I am writing to file a formal complaint against Facebook, Inc., regarding the unjust suspension of my Facebook account. The suspension occurred on Aug ** ****, and despite my efforts to resolve the issue through standard channels, I have yet to receive a satisfactory explanation or resolution.

I have been a loyal user of Facebook for [duration of usage], during which time I have consistently adhered to the platform's Community Standards and Terms of Service. However, on the aforementioned date, I was shocked to discover that my account had been suspended without any clear justification provided.

It is pertinent to mention that the suspension of my Facebook account appears to be directly linked to the disabling of my Instagram account, which was connected to my Facebook profile. My Instagram account was disabled by Instagram without prior warning or explanation, leaving me unable to access both platforms simultaneously.

Furthermore, the timing of the account suspension during the COVID-** pandemic exacerbated the situation, as I was unable to seek assistance or initiate recovery requests due to the operational constraints faced by Facebook.

Despite my repeated attempts to communicate with Facebook's support team and appeal the suspension, I have received no meaningful response or resolution to date. The lack of transparency and accountability in this matter is deeply concerning and has caused undue distress and inconvenience.

I hereby request your intervention in resolving this matter and urge Voxya to facilitate a fair and impartial investigation into the circumstances surrounding the suspension of my Facebook account. Additionally, I seek your assistance in securing the immediate reinstatement of my Facebook account, along with any associated privileges and functionalities.
