I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning incident regarding an order I placed on ONDC via Paytm. On May **th, ****, at **:** PM, I placed an order from the restaurant named Chinese Wok for a total amount of Rs. ***.*. Unfortunately, I did not receive the order, and the delivery person was unresponsive when I tried to contact them for an update.
In response to this issue, I promptly submitted a request through the ONDC platform to report the non-delivery of my food. The following day, I received an email stating that my refund would be processed within a week. However, when I checked my bank statement and Paytm wallet, I noticed that the refunded amount was not credited to my account.
Upon reviewing the transaction details, I discovered a message on June *th, ****, at **:** PM, indicating that the refund had been completed. However, I have not received the refund in my bank account or Paytm wallet.
To assist you in resolving this matter, I have provided the following information:
