I ordered a Sony headset and wireless earphones from *k**offers.com by seeing an ad on facebook on **th March ****. I was shocked by seeing the product delivered, it was a totally different brand and also no similarity in look wise as well. I sent a message to them but still, they didn't respond to it. I lodged a complaint in consumer helpline. Complaint number *******, but it always shows "in progress" to date. Please do me needful favour.
