Dear sir,
Actually sir I'am ordered iPhone * jet-black mobile in eBay in the date of **march ****,and the cost of phone was **,*** and I paid **,*** for that and I got **** discount the paisa pay ID:*********** and I got the parcel on the date of April * and that is Delivered by blue dart courier company and in that parcel I didn't get my mobile in the place of mobile I got two Goggles and I am opened that in the front of courier boy and in the blue dart courier office and in the same day only I am raise my claim the claim I'd:*******.and the courier boy was talked with eBay company but few days later the eBay claim department talked with me and they rejected my claim and they are saying we not give your refund and they said contact with seller and I am contacted with seller and seller was said talk with eBay company.and few days later iam filed a case in consumer court the complaint I'd:****** but the eBay was not giving my refund .
sir please help to me .And iam having the proofs also sir iam clicked pictures when iam opened that parcel sir .and in that place the cc camera footage also there please help me sir.
