Ordered a lehenga from house of lehengas online site on** June .they had delivered me a different item As they mailed I self couriered it into their address for that I lost *** as courier charges .I had clearly mentioned in my mail that I don't want return into the wallet and I want to back it in my bank account.But they refunded it into wallet by cutting an amount of *** as nominal charges .As it is their mistake sending me a different item from the ordered one why should I pay the nominal charges.They should return me lehenga charge **** plus courier charges ***. I have called them many times but I received a very bad response from their customer team.Please do needful sir as many more customers wouldn't be cheated
