Hello, I have placed order for whirlpool refrigerator from flipkart on */**/****. The amount debited from my credit card but the order was not successful. I waited for * days for the amount to be credited to my account automatically. to my surprise this transaction was automatically converted to EMI. When I checked with bank they informed me that the transaction was successful at the flipkart end. I raised complaints with flipkart several times but with no resolution. on **/**/**** flipkart asked me to share the bank details to refund the money . I did share the details but nothing happened that, they call me assuring I will get my amount back but nothing happens after that. I also sent the legal notice but the flipkart didn't resolve the issue
