I received the wrong items from the Tabbz store on February ** after paying ***.** RPS. After contacting the customer support, they said they'll re-ship the order. I asked what to do with the wrong products I have received l and they said to use them as trial products. Days passed, and I didn't receive my products. I tried to contact the customer support again, but they did not respond. But they never failed to send promotional messages. On April *st, I received a call from them saying they'll check the issue and will notify me within ** hrs. This is April **th, and no whereabouts. I don't know whether they chose to call on April Fool's Day intentionally because, for them, they have been playing with their customers. I googled and found out that many people who faced the same issue with Tabbz still unresolved.
