I have booked a flight ticket from pune to nagpur for /*/** on TRAVLOOK website but they took the money but didn’t provided with the ticket and said it will be refunded back but when i check online i found they have cheated lot of people took there money have didn’t provided the ticket and didn’t gave the refund to anybody letter i found out its a fake website which just do this type of fraud they said they will refund my money but its been more than ** days and still there is no reply from them and there’s no way to contact them their customer support also doesn’t answer the phone i have filed a complaint with NCH but didn’t got any satisfactory answers with the company. the company is saying that the flight was cancelled due to Covid restriction but it did not as I travelled on the same flight by booking the ticket from other website
