I ordered a shirt from company's website "the houseofrare.com" (Rare Rabbit owned by Radhamani Textiles Pvt.Ltd.) on COD payment mode. On **sept**** Delhivery courier guy delivered the product and i paid the amount Rs.****.** through UPI to Delhivery guy. On trial i got The shirt was smelling of detergent and it seems like frippery or worn before. The packaging of the product was also worst. It Doesn't worth of money i paid. On ** sept**** I requested for return and gave them my bank account details for refund and next day same courier boy picked the return. I checked the return status on company website, it shows that the item was delivered to company warehouse on ** Oct ****.Many times I send emails to company for refund they replied once only "that refund has processed and it will be reflected to your account in *-**days". After all this more than ** days have passed neither i got refunds in my bank account nor any reply to my emails from company. On company website it's still showing the status that " item under quality inspection at our warehouse". i had tried to contact the company by phone but the contact number on the website given does not exist and they are also not replying my emails. Please help me to get my hardly earned money back.
