I had placed an online order (* jumpsuits) worth **** INR with an online shopping website called Shopkin (https://shopkin.in/) on March **, ****. Next day, I received a call from +**-********* informing that my order will be delivered on April **, ****. But I did not receive my order. I have not received my order till date. Their website was working earlier and when I checked the status of my order it showed 'processing'. Today, when I tried to log in to my account, the website is not working any more. The services on the mobile number are temporarily unavailable. In fact, their facebook page is also unavailable. Kindly help. The above-mentioned order is prepaid. I want to get back my money.
