- Deposit not reflecting in binomo account Closed

I had deposited USD ** in binomo account (eqv INR amt was ****.**) through Paytm upi ref was ************ to UPI id provided in binomo app (beneficiary name was Shivam Kumar Prajapati ; UPI id: shivani****@ptyes) on **th Jan **** at *:** PM india time. But the amount is not yet been credited to my binomo account yet even after almost one and half month. Neither binomo team has credited back the amount to my bank account yet. I have sent numerous emails with all the evidence of payment trfed to binomo account but they are not resolving my issue. Even they requested me to provide from my bank confirmation that the amount was successfully transferred to beneficiary as mentioned in binomo app (details already mentioned above), still they have not credited back the amt to my bank. Attached are all the evidences of my payment and correspondence with binomo team.
