- Denying Delivery Money Not Refund ^Open

Placed an order on Jan **th, **** and had been followed up since then and every time they responded on email that they will process this on the day of delivery

And on the day of delivery i.e. *nd Feb, they are denying the delivery telling can't deliver to this pin code which they should have been denied at the time of placing the order only

Now when I ask for refund, they are denying that as well and forcing to accept the money back to their website wallet only so that we have left only one option to place the order again with them.

Looks they have opened this website service only to snatch & hold customer's money in their account
