From the outset, my mother’s experience has been distressing, not only due to the improper execution of the implant but also because of the unprofessional conduct displayed by your staff during the procedure.

It is deeply alarming and unacceptable that, despite her visible pain, the doctor yelled at her to "shut her mouth." Such behavior is unbecoming of a healthcare professional and demonstrates a shocking lack of empathy. Furthermore, during the procedure, screws were repeatedly dropped into her mouth, further adding to her discomfort and anxiety, while the doctors laughed at the situation.

Initially, we sent pictures showing that the implant was improperly placed, causing her lip to touch and become wounded. Despite raising this concern, no explanation or corrective action was provided. It is unclear what intentions led to such poor and negligent treatment toward my mother, especially after we paid the entire amount. Ms. Preethi portrayed herself as an experienced gold medalist with numerous successful implants, which makes this outcome even more shocking and unacceptable.

During measurements, my mother endured pain while the staff displayed anger and unprofessional attitudes. When they fixed the teeth, they assured us that the teeth would adapt within three months. Despite this, when we informed them of ongoing issues, they ignored our calls. When my mother spoke about her pain, Dr. Preethi dismissed her concerns, claiming my mother was depressed, which was both hurtful and dismissive. She even suggested my mother should not speak, displaying a complete lack of respect and care.
