I am writing this e-mail to inform you that very bad staff you hired and pathetic services Red Tape is providing. On, *th Mar’**** I purchased a pair of shoes from Red Tape (Branch-Khora Colony, Ghaziabad ) for gifting, before purchasing *-* times I confirmed with the staff that if their is some issue with the size and design you can replace the item or not. The store staff confirmed me that if you have any issue with the article or size you can replace the product with any Red Tape branch within *days. After, this answer I purchased the product.
On *th Mar’**** I visit to your Pitampura Red Tape Outlet to replace the item, but they denied that their is no policy for article( design) replacement and the staff behaviour and way of talk is very pathetic and rude. I think you hired un-educated peoples with zero process knowledge. You have to give proper training to your staff because of your staff less knowledge or training we are suffering.
I also want to complaint for red tape Pitampura staff (Muskaan and Sunil) very stupid people they don’t know how to deal with customer.
Now, I want proper resolution against this I want to change the design. Several times I contact your customer care but call not connected. Very bad experience from Red Tape my money and time both loss.
