The delivery person refused to deliver the package to my home address and said he would leave it at another shop or take it from other location. I did not agree to this. I selected home delivery specifically for this order.
Despite being available at the delivery address, the delivery person did not attempt proper delivery and later marked the order as “unreachable.” Because of this false status update, I am at risk of not receiving my product at all. I lost one product and not gonna get the rest * too.
This is highly inconvenient and unacceptable service.
