We ordered an off-white saree but received a pure white. So we asked for the return of the product. It has been more than ** days and they jiofab company doesn't pick up the call doesn't mail on time and is never available for their customers.
We chose store credit and now they are asking us to courier the product which never happens as they are not going to bear the courier charges. They should have sent someone to take the product back as soon as possible.
