Upon receiving the package on **-**-****, it became evident that the contents did not match the product I had ordered. Instead of the [matt blue zippo fuel lighter], I received [shiny blue zippo fuel lighter]. This error has not only inconvenienced me but has also disrupted my plans, as I was relying on.
I immediately contacted their customer support through [email/phone], providing all relevant order details and photographic evidence of the incorrectly shipped product. Regrettably, despite my repeated attempts to seek assistance, I have not received any response from your company. The lack of communication is both disheartening and unprofessional, leaving me without any resolution to this matter.
