Using shiprocket app, I created a shipment on *th August for Hyderabad location and on *th August received message that the shipment has been delivered but in actual it's not delivered. I checked with the recipient as well, he has not received any package. So I raised delivery dispute on *th aug in the shiprocket app and talked with customer care executive as well they promised me that I will get resolution within *-** working days but after daily follow ups and complaints by me they didn't provide me any resolution and closed the complaint on **aug. then I again raised the same complaint on **st aug but still haven't received any resolution yet. This is never expected from shiprocket, really a very bad experience I had. Why these people are trying to befool customers.
Please take necessary action against the company and provide me appropriate resolution .
