- Delivered fake goods ^Open

I ordered three shirts online on cash on delivery mode. Courier arrived at night and told me that he is in a hurry as he is late. I just paid without checking and verifying the goods. After a few minutes, I checked and found three shirts of low quality, different from those I ordered for and with different size. To describe it better, it is a total mess. I immediately tried to call the courier man from BLUEDART but he did not pick my call. I tried for the second time the phone was switched off. I called the shop through the number ********** they provided on the delivery note and even on their website but all in vain. I sent them an email but they never respond to it. I do request for help to get the shirts I ordered for or else get my refund. The online shopping website is www.fashionvillla.in .
I also want to warn people to be very careful with online shopping they are mostly scams. Make sure you check and verify your goods before you pay. Thanking you in advance for your kind help.
