I have purchased a sari worth of INR **** from the online site http://softsilksaree.com through Whatsapp. The product which I received is wrong and very poor in quality. I am a loyal customer who has purchased many products from online stores. But I never faced such kind issues ever. I regret to inform you that, It’s absolutely a cheat from this company. Kindly help me to solve this issue with this site.
