I have purchased New Orient ****mm Aersosense BLDC ceiling Fan with * year warranty on ** June **** .After Purchase I have ordered for free installation which was to be provided by the company as per company policy for smart fan it was Free .
For the same i needed to call more than ** times to customer care and get it installed .There service executive always used to visit the site and give other reasons which was not evidently clear why the installation was not happening . After lot of issues i arranged a Expert electrician which would be available for installation at the time the service executive arrives .When the service executive arrived it was found that PCB of the fan is faulty and hence it would take more than *-** working days for replacement .I had requested them to install my old fan so that there is air ventilation coz my kids sleep below the same .After much hue and cry the same was done after * working days .From here i understood that the service executive are not properly trained nor the understand the matter of air circulation which is very important for sleep as it was peak summer in June ****.
The Fan was replaced within * weeks .
Again on **.**.**** at **.** pm i had lodged a complain in toll free number as fan was not working properly .
After that there were numerous mail and call to there service team , executive and even service head which are not taking the matter seriously.
today *.**.**** still after so much of mail and call my fan is not working properly.
hence i request to provide me refund the compensation for mental agony, financial damages ,mental haarssment and records showing safety was not taken again for refitment which could inturn lead to LIVING LOSS
